About Me

Let me introduce myself.

I am a full stack software developer from Northern Virginia. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion in 2017. I have deveopled applications using Java EE, Python, .NET, JavaScript and React JS. I have an excellent understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap as well as backend technologies like Spring Boot, Node.js, C#. In addtion I am proficient in Database Mangement (MySQL, PostgreSQL, T-SQL, MongoDB) and Cyber Security fundamentals (CompTIA - Security+). I created this website for fun, and to sharpen my Software development skills.

I’m a former Windows administrator, Network administrator, Phone system architect/manager, AWS manager and IT help desk technician. I currently hold a CompTIA Security+ certification. My tasking included User Management, System setup & maintenance, Security & Monitoring and Backup & Recovery.

I am proficient in various programming languages including Java, C++, JavaScript and Python as well as Software Engineering paradigms such as Object-Oriented Design, Agile Development and Test Driven Development. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and I have a solid understanding of Data Structures, Control Structures, UML Modeling and Debugging.

Database Managment

I am a former Database Administrator who is proficient in various Relational Databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server as well as NoSQL document-oriented databases like MongoDB. I have performed migrations, automation and backup & recovery. In addition I have designed and implemented back end models for software Applications.
